Zarezervovala jsem si přesný termín a čas. Když byl tento čas v nabídce, předpokládala jsem, že s nim mohu počítat. Ale kosmeticka se mi neuráčila termín potvrdit, zrušit nebo mne kontaktovat. Do poslední chvíle jsem čekala a nevěděla, zda s tím mohu počítat. Již je to pět dní a žádná reakce. Opravdu zklamání.

Dobrý den. Na komunikaci s klientkami si zakladam a na kvalite mych sluzeb take. Bohuzel Vasi rezervaci v systemu nevidim, nemohla jsem ji tedy potvrdit. U Vaseho jmena nemam dalsi kontakt, prosim klidne zavolejte a rada s Vami situaci proberu a napravim.
